Just like yesterday, the 10am EST New Home Sales report has the potential to add volatility and direction to the market.  However I think some of the overnight selling was in expectation of the report, so if the numbers are not that bad; we may get a rally.  If the market starts tumbling (or rocketing up) after the news, be careful with fading.
