Norwegian and Taiwanese central banks unexpectedly cut rates and German economic data came in generally positive however BMW is now also linked to the VW emissions scandal and is weighing on the European session. Net/net the ES Globex session has been directionless, rotating around its 1928 settlement price. Maybe Durable Goods and/or Claims can start the ES in a direction. Volatility has been shrinking and size bias is neutral into the morning numbers.
